The Insolvency Service (an executive agency of the Department of Trade and Industry) has awarded CILP£26,600.00 to undertake two research projects. The first project which will commence in February 2005 is an empirical survey of four bankruptcy courts within England and Wales.
The second project which will commence in July 2005 is an investigation of Phoenixism and the recurrent abuse of limited liability.
